At most action events we may take thousands of photos. As such, it make take a few days from the end of the event to orgainize and get the photos uploaded. Rest assured that we will upload photos from every event we shoot as soon as possible.

Please order your photos in a reasonably timely manner. We can't maintain event photos online forever. We've had people request photos from as long as four years after an event. We make every effort to maintain our archives online for as long as possible but there comes a time when they must be retired.

If there is a type of item that you'd like to order that is not offered in the ordering menu, please give us a call. We can get many other types of photo items other than what may be shown in the ordering system. The variety is so large that we can't list them all.

If you make an order and more than 2-3 weeks passes without delivery, please call us. Don't wait longer than 3 weeks because all orders should be delivered much sooner than that. If your order is not delivered withing 3 weeks or less then something has gone awry and we need to address it as soon as possible.
